How can we help?

Chrome doesn't let any extension run on its own pages: the New Tab page, chrome:// settings, the Chrome Web Store and PDFs in Chrome's built-in viewer. On normal websites, check that "On-page buttons" is on in the VeilGPT toolbar menu, then refresh the page once. If it still doesn't appear, right-click the VeilGPT icon, choose "This can read and change site data" and pick "On all sites".

Shortcuts only work on normal websites, not Chrome's own pages. Another extension may also be using the same keys. Open chrome://extensions/shortcuts to see or change VeilGPT's shortcuts (Alt+Shift+A answers the page, Alt+Shift+S snaps one question, Alt+Shift+V opens the menu).

Check your connection and try again. If the question is small or blurry, use Snap one question (Alt+Shift+S) and drag a box around just that question. If a page says VeilGPT was updated, refresh the page.

AI can make mistakes, so check important work. Tap the bulb or open the sidebar to see every step, and ask a follow-up if something doesn't add up. You can email us the question so we can look into it.

Free accounts get 5 snaps a day, reset at midnight UTC. VeilGPT Plus is unlimited. Invite a friend from your account page and you both get 5 bonus snaps that never expire.

Sign in with the same email you used at checkout, on both the website and the extension. Then reopen the VeilGPT menu. If it still shows Free after a few minutes, email us your checkout email.

Go to your account page and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

Email support@veilgpt.me from the email on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your account and usage data.
