What we collect

• The questions, text and screenshots you choose to send to VeilGPT, so we can answer them.
• Account details (email) if you create an account, and billing status if you subscribe.
• Basic usage data (e.g. number of snaps per day) to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

When the extension looks at a page

Only when you ask it to: when you press the camera button, snap an area, or choose "Solve the whole screen". It then captures what is visible on your screen at that moment. It does not read or record pages in the background.

How your questions are used to train AI

Answers are generated by Meta's Muse Spark AI model. VeilGPT uses Meta's contributor tier, which means Meta may use the questions, text and screenshots you send to train and improve its AI models. Please don't send anything you want to keep private, such as your name, contact details, passwords or other personal information visible on screen.

What we don't do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We don't use your questions for advertising.

Third parties

• Meta (Muse Spark) processes your questions to generate answers and may use them for AI training, as described above.
• Google Firebase stores accounts and usage counts.
• Stripe handles payments. VeilGPT never sees your card number.
• Railway hosts the website.

Children

VeilGPT is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
